Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration or similar.
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record.
• Local candidate; respond within 1 hour of call.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• IICRC S540 certification or equivalent.
• Xactimate experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals.
• This role leads jobs to successful completion (not people management).
