Job summary

Orum Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated scientist to lead the Bioanalytical (BioA) and PK/PD function for ADC programs. You will oversee the bioanalytical lifecycle from method development to CRO oversight in a GLP/GCP environment. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on lab contributions, driving PK modeling, data interpretation, and candidate progression.

Collaborate with R&D and Clinical teams to ensure robust, timely data. Ph.D.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent in Analytical Chemistry or related field; 5+ years in biotech/pharma.
• Experience leading BioA/PK programs and CRO oversight.
• Strong understanding of GLP and regulatory guidance.
• Ability to translate data into decisions for candidate progression.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design integrated BioA/PK strategies for ADC programs.
• Oversee in vitro and in vivo ADME studies.
• Lead CRO selection and method transfer for assays.
• Ensure SOPs and study plans meet GLP/GCP standards.
• Lead regulatory submission sections for BioA/PK.
