Dovetail Therapeutics in Seattle is seeking an Associate Director/Director of Bioanalytical to lead bioanalytical strategy for our monoclonal antibody pipeline. The role combines scientific depth with strategic leadership, overseeing PK, ADA, PD/TE assays, and CRO partnerships.

You will design experiments, prioritize workflows, and guide method development from discovery through development. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in bioanalytical sciences or 8+ with PhD, strong regulatory knowledge,

Qualifications

12+ years of industry experience in bioanalytical sciences or a Ph.D. with 8+ years of experience.
Experience developing bioanalytical methods for PK, ADA, PD—including transfer and CRO oversight.
Strong regulatory knowledge and leadership in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

Define and execute bioanalytical strategies for PK, ADA, and PD/TE assays to support preclinical and clinical activities.
Lead method development, qualification/validation, transfer, and CRO oversight; ensure regulatory compliance.
Develop SOPs and ensure rigorous scientific standards across the bioanalytical team.
