Job summary

Amsive LLC in Hobart, IN is seeking a Bindery/Finishing Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced print and mail facility. You will supervise staff, manage workflows, enforce SOPs, and ensure quality while meeting production deadlines.

The role requires experience in bindery/finishing, leadership abilities, and strong organizational skills. Work hours are 7am–3:30pm with additional weekends/evenings; starting pay is $30 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in bindery/finishing operations and supervision.
• Ability to coordinate labor, equipment, and priorities to meet schedules.
• Familiarity with SOPs, quality requirements, and customer specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bindery and finishing operations, staffing, and production priorities.
• Review schedules and tickets to ensure timely, accurate work.
• Assign employees to equipment and areas based on workload and skills.
• Monitor workload, bottlenecks, and equipment limitations; adjust as needed.
• Ensure job specs and quality requirements are understood before production.
