Job summary

You will interpret job tickets, monitor production in ERP systems, and drive continuous improvement across finishing processes. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Oversee bindery and finishing operations to meet quality, schedule, and cost targets.
• Plan finishing workflows and staffing across equipment and shifts.
• Coaching and evaluating finishing staff; supporting training needs.
• Review and improve department procedures and production standards.
• Ensure accurate execution of job tickets, layouts, and specifications.
• Track production using shop-floor or ERP systems; report KPIs.
• Uphold safety procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and coordinate repair of bindery equipment for optimal performance and safety.
• Manage, coach, and evaluate finishing staff performance and support training needs.
• Review and improve department procedures, workflows, and production standards.
• Ensure accurate execution of job tickets, layouts, and finishing specifications.
• Track production using shop-floor or ERP systems and report on key performance metrics.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
