Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will embed with business teams from day one to uncover trends, drive data-informed decisions, and ensure dashboards are actively used to guide strategy.

We require 7+ years in BI/Analytics, strong SQL, and LookML (or BI equivalents). This remote‑first role offers high impact, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and a pathway

Qualifications

Expert SQL with ability to extract insights from unstructured data.
Proven ability to own reporting end‑to‑end from pipeline to dashboard.
Experience translating business questions into analytics deliverables.
Advanced LookML development or equivalent in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Curiosity and depth of business understanding; partner with teams to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

Own reporting infrastructure powering decision‑making across multiple verticals.
Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to identify trends.
Standardize dashboards and establish trusted data sources.
Deliver proactive retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, and CAC.
Ensure work is used, understood, and acted on by business teams.
