Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the end-to-end reporting infrastructure across multiple verticals, including Credit Cards and Marketplace. You will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL & Comfortable with unstructured complex data.
• Reporting ownership, standardization, and driving adoption of data solutions.
• Performance marketing optimization: tie data to levers like campaign performance and CAC.
• Advanced LookML development (or equivalent in Power BI / Tableau).
• Curiosity and business depth: ask questions to grow business knowledge and be a trusted analytical partner.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and conduct retrospective analyses across experiments and creatives.
• Develop and standardize dashboards with LookML or equivalents, ensuring downstream impact awareness.
• Deliver proactive analyses that inform business decisions and drive actions, not just reports.
