Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor to oversee BHT programming and operations, ensuring safety, quality care, and adherence to standards. You will manage scheduling, communication, and performance, while collaborating with the Clinical Director to maintain treatment fidelity.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and performance improvement in a fast-paced clinical setting within our California location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate all competencies of BHT
• Identify training topics for ongoing staff development
• Lead live trainings via Google Chat and answer questions
• Train on Exposure, DBT, and SGG groups and ensure new BHTs pass competencies within 90 days
• Audit and perform competency evaluations on Exposure/skills, SSG, and DBT groups
• Coach and mentor BHTs for ongoing growth and development
• Act as Incident Commander
• Manage timecards, time off requests, and attendance
• Oversee client and staff needs and coordination with departments
• Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures
