Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians for its inpatient detox and residential facility in Aurora, CO. You will oversee daily operations, support the BHT team, and help maintain a safe, recovery-focused environment for clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations ( Intake, supervision, events, transportation, meals, medications, etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
