Avenues Recovery Center in Lake Ariel seeks Behavioral Health Technicians for all shifts. You will manage daily residential operations, train and support the BHT team, and ensure a warm, recovery-focused environment for clients.

• Oversee daily residential operations including intake, supervision, events, transportation, meals, and medications.
• Train and support the BHT team across operations.
• Escalate concerns to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Foster client engagement and a positive recovery environment.
• Ensure compliance with all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
