Job summary

BriteLife Recovery seeks a Lead Behavioral Health Technician to coordinate the on-shift BHTs, train new staff, and support daily operations in our behavioral health program. You will act as a BHT on the floor as needed and help maintain a safe, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating behavioral health technicians on shift.
• Ability to train new staff on procedures and paperwork.
• Familiarity with incident reporting and compliance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions, discharges and client activities with on-shift BHTs.
• Monitor shift paperwork and assist with new employee training.
• Train staff on responsibilities, procedures and required paperwork.
• Ensure incident reports are completed per policy by end of shift.
• Assist supervisor with scheduling and coordination for activities.
