Qualifications

• Two years of experience, including at least one year in behavioral health.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with diverse teams.
• Complete required training during orientation and continued employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, with potential 24/7 duties.
• Ensure operations follow corporate, funder, departmental, and program guidelines.
• Lead team and coordinate with external agencies to deliver top services.
• Ensure assessments align with clients’ needs, preferences, and goals.
• Guide planning and strategy using participatory methods and implement plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and provide team development.
• Ensure behavioral health services meet community needs and outcomes.
• Regularly assess and enhance care and service delivery per strategic plan.
• Maintain required certifications, licenses, and necessary documentation.
• Promote quality, safety, and cultural awareness within the department.
