Qualifications

• Master's or doctorate degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related human services field approved by Missouri.
• Qualified Mental Health Practitioner licensure requirement (e.g., LMSW for master's degree holders).
• Minimum two years' experience, including work with behavioral health populations.
• Must be licensed or licensable in Missouri; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with multicultural staff and clientele; driving may be required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership in conjunction with and in the absence of the UHBH Director.
• Ensure staff deliver quality services with accurate and timely documentation of clinical services.
• Report on performance improvement measures and oversee improvements.
• Provide fiscal management for the treatment team.
