Job summary

University Health KC is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Manager II for the BH Futures Youth Services. This role involves providing leadership and ensuring quality service delivery by non-clinical staff in the Kansas City area.

The ideal candidate will possess a master's or doctorate degree in a related field and be a Qualified Mental Health Provider, with experience in behavioral health. Strong communication skills and a commitment to working with diverse clientele are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a Qualified Mental Health Provider (i.e. RN, Social Worker, Licensed Counselor, etc).
• Two years’ experience, one of which must be with the behavioral health population.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership alongside UHBH Director.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical services.
• Oversee performance improvement measures.
