Qualifications

• Master’s or doctorate in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field (Missouri approved).
• Must be a Qualified Mental Health Provider (registered nurse, social worker or licensed counselor).
• Clinical licensure in Missouri if role includes management of a Clinical Practice.
• 5+ years of healthcare management experience.
• Proven ability to produce executive-level reports and proposals with analytical skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and independent judgment for operations.
• Solid statistical and financial background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and professionalism.
• Ability to build effective relationships within and outside the medical center, and engage with external agencies.
• Proficiency in PC software (spreadsheets, word processing, databases, presentations).
• If driving is required, meet Fleet Safety and Compliance Policy criteria.
• Completion of Leadership/Management training as directed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BH Senior Leadership to set long-term strategies and goals.
• Provide clinical and administrative oversight to multiple programs and service lines.
• Coordinate with external local and state agencies and other providers.
• Manage budget responsibilities including fiscal year planning and amendments.
• Prepare and present executive level reports and proposals.
