Responsibilities

• Designs and implements behavior support plans for individuals enrolled in crisis program.
• Observes consumer behavior and completes initial behavioral assessments.
• Develops and implements training program for staff in the implementation of behavior support plans.
• Participates in joint behavioral support plan team meetings and provides professional feedback on plans.
• Participates in consumer crisis team meetings.
• Provides behavioral support training and assistance to external stakeholders involved in the transition of crisis consumers to community residential settings.
