Job summary

The State of Missouri seeks a Regional Behavioral Services Leader to manage SEMORS behavior support programs in Sikeston and Poplar Bluff, MO. You will oversee ABA initiatives, supervise licensed staff, and ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies.

You will develop trainings for staff and families, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive program effectiveness while traveling between locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
• Four or more years of professional experience in mental health, education, social services, public administration, or a closely related area.
• Current certification as a Board-C Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Missouri license as a Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Oversee behavior support services across SEMORS facilities in Sikeston and Poplar Bluff.
• Develop and implement positive behavior practices and behavior support plans.
• Supervise staff including BCBAs and RBTs; provide guidance and supervision.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and department policies.
• Travel between the two locations as required.
