Sephora Modesto is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a dynamic team at the Dale Road store. You will coach colleagues, drive sales, and ensure outstanding client experiences while upholding Sephora standards in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, on-site role offers a collaborative culture focused on inclusion and development. With 30–40 hours weekly, you’ll balance coaching, daily operations, and customer engagement to help every client find their beauty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
