Job summary

Sephora in Grand Rapids is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to empower a high-performing team and deliver best-in-class client experiences. You’ll coach, inspire, and drive sales while upholding Sephora standards in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You’ll lead daily operations, manage inventory and merchandising, and promote inclusivity. The role requires a minimum of two years leading teams in retail or service, excellent communication, and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client service and sales.
• Drive performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and recommendations.
• Coach for growth with ongoing feedback and development.
• Train and develop onboarding and learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations including inventory and visual merchandising.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork, promoting an open culture.
• Uphold Sephora standards and store policies.
