Sephora is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a team in a fast-paced retail setting in Littleton, CO. You will model leadership, coach staff, and drive outstanding client experiences and sales performance on a regular, full-time basis.

The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and brand initiatives, with a focus on inclusivity and a high-performing team culture. You will ensure store standards, inventory, and daily operations are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Coach and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
• Drive performance Contribute to overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
• Coach for growth Contribute to the ongoing success of your team by providing ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance
