Job summary

Sephora Modesto is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a dynamic team, elevate client experiences, and exceed store goals through coaching and collaboration.

You’ll drive performance with product knowledge, manage daily operations, and foster an inclusive, high-energy environment. The role requires 2+ years of leadership in retail, strong communication, and availability for peak hours including nights and weekends, with full-time scheduling of 30–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
• Strong sales and client service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Coach and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
• Drive performance Contribute to overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
• Coach for growth Contribute to the ongoing success of your team by providing ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance
• Train and developSupport onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
• Execute daily operations Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards
