Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Proven ability to drive top-line sales and manage payroll budgets.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and implementing strategies.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver guest experience and drive sales.
• Lead and develop a diverse store team to achieve APG metrics and high guest satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to policies, dress code, and store standards.
