Job summary

Achieving True Self (ATS) is seeking a BCBA in Maryland to lead and guide clinical teams, supervise BCBA candidates and RBTs, and collaborate with families to implement and monitor individualized ABA plans. The role emphasizes training, data-driven decisions, and clinical excellence within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

You will supervise BCBA candidates, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality care while advancing ABA services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland Behavior Analyst license required.
• Evening availability 2-3 days per week preferred.
• Passion for training and mentoring others.
• Driver's license and proof of car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with children and families, creating engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBA candidates and RBTs.
• Train and support families to ensure consistent progress in treatment.
• Collect and analyze data, and update treatment plans as needed.
• Help shape ABA services in Maryland by maintaining high standards of care.
• Foster a culture of compassion, empathy, and growth.
