Achieving True Self is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland to lead and supervise clinical teams, assess and oversee individualized ABA plans, and mentor BCBA candidates and RBTs. The role emphasizes collaboration with families to promote progress beyond sessions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Maryland License as Behavior Analyst required.
• Evening availability 2–3 days a week preferred.
• Passion for training, mentoring, and helping others grow.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with children and families, creating engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBA candidates and RBTs.
• Train and support families to ensure consistent progress in treatment.
• Collect and analyze data, and update treatment plans as needed.
• Help shape the future of ABA services in Maryland with high standards of care.
