Job summary

Achieving True Self is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services for children and families in Maryland. You will assess, develop, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans while mentoring BCBA candidates, RBTs, and clinical staff to ensure ethical, high‑quality care across teams.

You will partner with families to train and empower caregivers, extending progress beyond sessions.

Qualifications

• Master's in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• License as a Behavior Analyst in Maryland.
• Evening availability 2–3 days a week preferred.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with children and families, creating engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBA candidates and RBTs.
• Train and support families to ensure progress in treatment.
• Collect and analyze data and update treatment plans as needed.
• Help shape the future of ABA services in Maryland with high standards of care.
• Foster a culture of compassion, empathy, and growth.

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

BCBA certification

Maryland Behavior Analyst license
