Achieving True Self (ATS) in Maryland seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead, assess, and supervise individualized ABA treatment for children and families. You will develop plans, monitor progress, and mentor BCBA candidates and RBTs, ensuring ethical, high-quality care across teams.

In this leadership role, you'll partner with families to extend progress beyond sessions, shape service delivery, and advance clinical excellence within a supportive, diverse workplace that values growth

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• License as a Behavior Analyst in Maryland.
• Evening availability 2-3 days per week preferred.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with children and families to create engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBA candidates and RBTs.
• Train and support families to ensure progress in treatment.
• Collect and analyze data and update treatment plans as needed.
• Help shape ABA services in Maryland by maintaining high care standards.
