Job summary

Achieving True Self (ATS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for young clients in Maryland. You will assess, develop, and supervise plans while mentoring BCBA candidates, RBTs, and clinical staff to ensure ethical, high-quality care.

You will partner with families to provide training and guidance that extends progress beyond clinic sessions and fosters growth, independence, and meaningful outcomes for children and families served by ATS.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• License as a Behavior Analyst in Maryland.
• Evening availability 2-3 days a week preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with children and families, and create engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBA candidates and RBTs.
• Train and support families to ensure progress in treatment.
• Collect and analyze data, and update treatment plans as needed.
• Help shape the future of ABA services in Maryland by maintaining high standards of care.
• Foster a culture of compassion, empathy, and growth.
