Achieving True Self (ATS) seeks BCBAs in Maryland to lead individualized ABA treatment plans, mentor staff and candidates, and partner with families for meaningful progress. The role emphasizes professional growth, clinical excellence, and caseloads aligned with preferences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland Behavior Analyst license required.
• Evening availability 2–3 days a week preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with children and families and create engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBA candidates and RBTs.
• Train and support families to ensure progress in treatment.
• Collect and analyze data and update treatment plans as needed.
• Help shape the future of ABA services in Maryland with high standards of care.
• Foster a culture of compassion, empathy, and growth.
