Achieving True Self is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise clinical teams in Maryland. The role includes assessment, plan development, and supervision of BCBA candidates and RBTs, partnering with families to extend progress beyond sessions.

The position emphasizes mentorship, ethical care, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive ATS culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland license as a Behavior Analyst.
• Evening availability 2–3 days per week preferred.
• Passion for training, mentoring, and helping others grow.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with children and families, creating engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Supervise, mentor BCBA candidates and RBTs.
• Train and support families to ensure progress.
• Collect and analyze data and update treatment plans as needed.
• Help shape the future of ABA services in Maryland with high standards of care.
• Foster a culture of compassion, empathy, and growth.
