Job summary

Helping Hands Family in the Northeast is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver in-clinic ABA services to children with autism, with a manageable caseload and direct clinical support.

You will supervise up to five RBTs, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with directors and peers to ensure ethical, outcomes-focused care. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance accompany comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification issued by BACB.
• State licensure where required by state law.
• ABA experience; RBT background welcome for new BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans; monitor progress.
