Job summary

Behavioral Health in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/ Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to design, implement, and oversee behavioral and skill acquisition programming within Community Living residential settings. The BCBA/LBA ensures ABA services are clinically sound, aligned with BACB standards, MO LBA regulations, and BHA policies.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Active MO and/or KS state licensure.
• Completion of BACB 8-hour supervision training.
• Minimum 2 years experience in ABA services.
• Experience in residential or intensive behavioral settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures dignity, safety, and rights with all interventions using least restrictive, trauma-informed practices.
• Develops individualized BSPs and skill acquisition programs.
• Promotes autonomy and meaningful outcomes for individuals.
• Supports community integration and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Monitors behavior data and adjusts interventions proactively.
• Trains DSPs and RBTs on BSP implementation and fidelity.
• Maintains BACB and MO LBA compliance and documentation.
