Job summary

Qualifications
- Post-graduate training in ABA required.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in ABA/RSI program preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of ABA experience with supervision.
- Experience with schools and payer sources preferred.
- Background check including fingerprinting required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate ABA services.
- Conduct assessments to inform treatment planning.
- Implement ABA services, including sessions and RBT guidance.
- Collaborate with community stakeholders and universities.
- Maintain records and ensure funding compliance.
- Prepare for client educational meetings.
