Job summary

Autism Services of Kansas seeks a passionate, dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to serve individuals ages 18 months to school age within home and community settings in the Lawrence and Topeka area. You will supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians and use evidence-based ABA to drive meaningful progress.

Qualified BCBA must hold Kansas licensure or be willing to obtain, plus experience with functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, data collection, and

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
• Kansas licensure or willingness to obtain
• Experience in home-based and community settings preferred
• Strong understanding of autism and evidence-based interventions
• Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
• Excellent skills in modeling and coaching staff on strategies and best practices
• Proficient in data collection, interpretation, and adjusting plans based on outcomes
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs, conduct functional behavior assessments, and design individualized behavior support plans
• Provide direct supervision and coaching to families to promote plan fidelity in person
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collect, summarize, and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing progress
• Write progress reports and Treatment Plans as scheduled
• Conduct appropriate assessments every 6 months unless directed by the Clinical Director
