Responsibilities

• Conduct VB-MAPP and ABLLS assessments.
• Design individualized programs based on assessments.
• Supervise and train therapists, conducting performance reviews.

Skills

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Experience working with children diagnosed with autism

Hands-on experience in early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI)

Strong communication skills (both oral and written)

Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
