Pathways, Inc. seeks a qualified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to design and implement individualized ABA plans and supervise RBTs. You will ensure compliance with BACB ethics and Kentucky licensure requirements while delivering high-quality behavioral services.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• State-licensed LBA in Kentucky.
• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Data-driven analysis and treatment planning.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on data-driven analysis.
• Implement and monitor evidence-based interventions for assigned clients.
• Supervise and provide ongoing training and support to RBTs in accordance with BACB supervision requirements.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to assess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and adhere to all organizational policies and HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Stay current on best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and meet continuing education requirements.
• Comply with all ethical standards as outlined by the BACB and state licensure board.
