Job summary

Health Marketing seeks a Regional BCBA to lead behavioral support initiatives for K-12 students in special education programs. The role involves training staff on FBAs and BIPs, monitoring program quality, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with educational teams to analyze data, supervise BACB-track staff, and conduct regular quality checks to promote positive student outcomes. This full-time on-site position is based in Palo Alto, CA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or related field.
• Current or pending BCBA certification.
• Experience with behavioral support and ABA concepts (PBIS, FBA, BIP).

Responsibilities

• Provide training on FBAs and BIPs.
• Monitor program quality and supervise staff pursuing BACB certification.
• Collaborate with educational teams to analyze data and develop improvement plans.
• Manage crisis situations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular quality checks and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
