Job summary

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical and educational interventions for K-12 students. You will train teachers in FBAs and BIPs, monitor outcomes, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality support aligned with IEP goals.

You will model and uphold best practices, oversee crisis management and safety, and participate in professional development to advance school-wide outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, behavioral health, special education or a closely related field.
  • Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a BCBA credential.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management training.
  • Experience providing behavioral support to children in special education/behavioral health settings.
  • Proficient in ABA, PBIS, FBA, and BIPs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and guidance to teachers in FBAs and BIPs.
  • Monitor and evaluate academic and behavioral outcomes for students.
  • Coach ChanceLight staff to improve instructional best practices and IEP goals.
  • Identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
  • Participate in staff development activities and conferences.
  • Train and coach staff in crisis prevention and management.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.
  • Evaluate curricula and resources aligned with standards.
  • Develop systems to address students' academic and behavioral needs.
  • Attend school team meetings and collaborative sessions.
  • Conduct quality assurance assessments and provide actionable feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with DOE guidelines and internal standards.
  • Perform additional duties to support goals.
