Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee behavioral services across K–12 special education programs. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, implement ABA in classrooms, and train staff for effective intervention.

This role requires BCBA certification, strong data analysis skills, and experience with autism and IEP processes to ensure high-quality services regionally.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (or equivalent) required.
• Experience working with students with autism and behavioral challenges.
• Ability to train and coach teachers and staff.
• Proficient in data analysis and ABA strategies.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Implement and supervise ABA strategies in classroom settings.
• Train and coach teachers and staff on behavioral interventions.
• Collaborate with families and district teams to support student needs.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve program outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with IEPs, regulations, and clinical standards.
• Support program development and uphold clinical quality in the assigned region.
