Health Marketing seeks a Regional BCBA to lead behavioral support initiatives for K-12 students in special education programs. The role involves training staff on FBAs and BIPs, monitoring program quality, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) leads behavioral support initiatives for students in Grades K-12 within special education programs.
Provide training on Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), monitor program quality, support staff development, implement evidence-based interventions, manage crisis situations, and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with educational teams to analyze data, develop improvement plans, and supervise staff pursuing BACB certification. Conduct regular quality checks and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings to promote positive student outcomes.
Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or related field, current or pending BCBA certification, experience with behavioral support, knowledge of ABA, PBIS, FBA, BIP, and experience working with children with diverse disabilities. Strong communication, organizational, and crisis management skills are essential. Ability to work independently, think quickly, and collaborate effectively.
