Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Primary BCBA in North Carolina for an in-clinic role with some remote flexibility. You will lead, collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs, and supervise BTs/RBTs as the on-site clinical leader.

You will maintain a direct caseload, support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care, and partner with families to drive quality outcomes. A competitive package includes a $120,000 base salary and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field is required.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start is required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills are essential.
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and case management abilities are expected.
• Ability to pass a background check.
