Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina seeks a Primary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-clinic care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. This full-time role offers a $120,000 base salary, relocation assistance, and some remote flexibility.

You will maintain a direct caseload, mentor BTs/RBTs, and coordinate with families to ensure continuity of care. You’ll work with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs in a supportive clinic-based environment, with strong in-clinic onboarding and
