Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Primary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in a clinic-based setting with some remote flexibility. You will manage a direct caseload, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and mentor BTs/RBTs while supporting other BCBAs to ensure continuity of care.

The role requires an active BCBA, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, and NC licensure (or eligibility). Competitive pay and relocation assistance are offered, with benefits and PTO included.
