Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Primary BCBA to lead and collaborate in a clinic-based setting in North Carolina, with some remote flexibility. You will oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for children and families.

The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA certification, a Master’s in ABA or related field, NC licensure or eligibility, and has strong communication and leadership skills to guide a direct caseload and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a direct caseload of learners.
• Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs.
• Serve as the on-site clinical leader, mentoring BTs/RBTs.
