Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinically with a hybrid in-person role. You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and schools to deliver data-driven ABA services.

The position offers a competitive salary of $100,000–$120,000 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, generous benefits, and ongoing professional development. This is a hybrid and in-person role, not fully remote.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and develop individualized behavior support plans using VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland.
• Supervise RBTs and behavior technicians with BST and evidence-based strategies.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust programming accordingly.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
