Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinically and grow professionally in a hybrid work setting across clinic, home, and community environments. You will carry an active caseload, supervise RBTs and behavior technicians, and deliver individualized, evidence-based services for children and families.

You'll collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland), train parents, monitor progress with data analysis, and ensure

• Active BCBA certification and board-certified supervision
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians
• Experience conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland) and developing treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and lead a team of RBTs and behavior technicians
• Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
