Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join on a part‑time basis. This hybrid role combines in‑person sessions with telehealth supervision for children with autism, with travel up to 30 miles for sessions and parent training.

You will supervise BTs and RBTs, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic care and family training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA certification currently active.
• Completed BCBA supervision training.
• LBA license in NJ required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments, including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design, implement, and modify ABA-based treatment programs.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and team members on intervention strategies.
• Monitor progress toward treatment goals and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure accurate data collection for target behaviors and objectives.
• Analyze treatment data to guide clinical decisions and assess effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing training and support to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, and therapists for holistic care.
• Communicate updates to families and offer actionable recommendations.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Completion of BCBA supervision training

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of NJ
