Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs in Missouri. The role combines hands-on treatment planning with supervision of RBTs and collaboration with families to achieve optimal client outcomes.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, refine goals, and ensure compliance with ethical standards, while supporting professional development and delivering high-quality care in person or via telehealth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to client results and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
