Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical quality and mentor BCBAs in our Silver Spring, MD centers.

You will shape ABA care, manage caseloads, and partner with center teams. The role offers a strong career path, ongoing CEUs, and comprehensive benefits.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with a competitive salary ($95,000–$140,000) plus retention and sign-on/relocation bonuses; center-based work with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Maryland licensure or eligibility prior to start.
• Excellent clinical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality across centers.
• Mentor BCBAs and support clinical care in Maryland.
• Oversee ABA program implementation and outcomes.
• Collaborate with center teams to reduce admin time and improve efficiency.
• Support ongoing CEU access and professional development.
