Job summary

Ability Builders in Maryland seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy services. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops intervention plans, supervises treatment delivery, and monitors client progress, collaborating with families and professionals to ensure effective outcomes.

The role requires supervision of staff, data-driven decision making, and adherence to BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification and Maryland licensure.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methodologies and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify factors behind challenging behaviors and skill deficits.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with evidence-based interventions and clear goals.
• Provide supervision and training to ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
• Regularly collect and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness and modify plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to coordinate care and share progress results.
