Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead a center-based ABA program. You will oversee client treatment plans, supervise a team of 20+ BCBA and RBT staff, and drive clinical excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical/center-based setting.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience with team management and development.
• Experience in early intervention (ages 2–7).
• Hands-on experience with moderate to severe (Level 3 ASD).
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adherence to ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of client treatment plans in line with best practices.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to 20+ BCBA and RBT staff; support professional development.
• Conduct performance evaluations and drive training opportunities.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated, integrated services.
• Maintain knowledge of advances in behavior analysis and ensure high-quality services.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Lead the clinical team toward key performance indicators and service goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
• Participate in strategic planning to support organizational growth.
